Welcome to the  Vitality Ambassador Program!
We’re excited to collaborate with creators who share our passion for wellness and innovation. By participating in our influencer gifting program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Influencer Gifting Program

My Vitality partners with BarterAI, an influencer marketing agency, to connect with content creators and provide them with free products in exchange for social media content.

2. Eligibility

To participate in our gifting program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).

  • Have a public social media account with an engaged audience.

  • Agree to post about the gifted product within 14 days of receiving it.

3. Posting Requirements

By accepting a free product from My Vitality, you agree to:

  • Share a high-quality post (photo, video, or story) on your agreed social media platform(s).

  • Tag @myvitality.store and use the designated campaign hashtags provided.

  • Clearly disclose that the product was gifted (e.g., #Gifted, #Sponsored, or as per FTC guidelines).

  • Ensure your content aligns with My Vitality’s brand values — positivity, wellness, and authenticity.

4. Product Delivery & Tracking

Once you accept a product, a tracking number will be provided. Your 14-day posting commitment begins once the package is marked as delivered.
Failure to post within this timeframe may affect eligibility for future collaborations.

5. Content Usage Rights

By participating, you grant My Vitality and BarterAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, and repost your content for promotional purposes — including social media, website, email marketing, and paid advertising.

6. No Monetary Compensation

This collaboration is based purely on product gifting and does not include monetary payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Failure to Post & Compensation

We understand unexpected circumstances can happen. However, by accepting a gifted product, you commit to creating and posting content within 14 days.
If you fail to post without prior notice or approval, My Vitality reserves the right to request compensation equal to the product’s retail value or to limit future collaborations.

8. Termination & Violations

Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the program.
My Vitality and BarterAI reserve the right to decline or end collaborations at their discretion.
